Ashes & Dust Studio ships physical products sold through AshesAndDust.com. Digital software products are delivered electronically and are not shipped by mail.

### Physical product processing time

Processing time depends on the product.

– Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours.

– Handmade or made-to-order items may require additional production time depending on the size and complexity of the item.

– If a product needs extra time, that should be stated on the product page whenever possible.

### Shipping methods

Physical orders are shipped within the United States using available carriers based on package size, weight, destination, and service availability.

### Shipping costs

Software and other digital products are delivered digitally. No physical shipment will be sent for digital-only purchases unless a product listing specifically says otherwise.
